Welcome to the Yarrawonga Mulwala Toy Library! Click on the Calendar (open times) tab at the top of the screen to see our opening times. Memberships Fees: Annual membership (volunteer duties) - $30.00 for 1 child + $5 for each additional child Annual membership (non volunteer) - $75.00 for 1 child + $5 for each additional child Annual membership (grandparent) - $40.00 (able to borrow 4 times per year) Annual membership (concession) - $20.00 for 1 child + $5 for each additional child Annual membership (group) - $60.00 (Childcare/playgroup) How the Toy Library works: After paying an annual membership, you will have access to borrow 2 toys and 1 puzzle or game per child per fortnight. Simply visit the Toy Library during borrowing sessions to select your toys. All borrowed toys are due back to the Toy Library after a 2 week period. You can re-borrow toys, provided that no one else has requested to borrow that item. Volunteer Duties: We are a not-for-profit service that is run by volunteers. We ask that members volunteer to help keep the Toy Library operational. Members that choose the discounted membership option are required to complete 4 volunteer sessions per year. Volunteer sessions are either 1 or 1.5 hours during our session times and may include duties such as cleaning and packing away toys, sorting toys into categories, setting up the toy display, checking toys in and out and checking toys for missing pieces. Please feel welcome to bring your little ones along to your volunteer session, but please be mindful to supervise. If you are a member, you can log in and nominate a date for your next volunteering session as well as check or renew toys you have on loan. Want to join?
